​The goals below were written May 2022 and highlight how I would like to continue my professional development and training in equity and inclusion, education, instructional design, career coaching and industry readiness.​

Short Term
1. Add to my Padlet of Teaching Tools and my Padlet of Course Resources so that all of my Adult Education Foundations Certificate (AEF) tools and recourses are easy to access by Fall 2022. ​

2. Continue to participate in my NSCC faculty collaboration group and on faculty committees during the 2022-2023 school year (The Excellence in Learning Committee at Pictou Campus or The Diversity and Inclusion Committee at eCampus).
​
3. Integrate more teaching technology tools into my BrightSpace shells and enhance the shells' design by 2023 so that they are more accessible, engaging and interactive for learners.
Longer Term
1. Begin courses in the NSCC Leadership Essentials Certificate in Spring 2023.

2. Complete either a Masters of Education (21st Century Teaching and Learning) or a Certificate Instructional Design by 2025.
