For me, student success begins with an asset-based approach—building on each learner’s unique experiences, strengths, and perspectives. I prioritize relationship-building and incorporate culturally responsive and universally designed practices to create an inclusive, supportive, and empowering learning environment.

One of my greatest joys as an educator is witnessing students overcome challenges, build confidence, and realize their potential. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing them take the next step—whether it’s mastering a new skill, excelling in their coursework, or securing a life-changing career opportunity.
